WIP: XLNA Tools 2.6, removes deprecated toolsets.

This merge request contains the same code as the 2.5 branch but has the deprecated toolsets removed. This is 'pre-done' work to ensure that deletion of the deprecated toolsets will be smooth in the next release.

The removed toolsets are:

  • xlna-lxc-tools: This toolset was implicitly deprecated for a long time. We now recommend people to start using the newest LXD version in combination with cloud-init.
  • xlna-lxd-tools: This toolset is deprecated in favour of the newer LXD versions (which include most of the functionality of this toolset), as well as the usage of cloud-init for initializing containers.

All features from these toolsets can easily be replaced by the mentioned packages, except for logging in into LXD containers. This can be replaced with the newer xlna-login-tools.
