Fixing changing slide not working in quiz editor.

Remco de Man requested to merge fix_quiz_editor_slide_change into master

When changing the slide in the quiz editor (replacing the PDF) a stacktrace is shown in the console. This is now fixed.

Also fixed:

  • changed 'outstanding' to 'pending' in the error handler modal.
  • give a descriptive message for slides that could not be loaded because the PDF page is missing.
