Security update for .gitlab-ci.yml and adding SystemD definition.

Like the title says.

I added the SystemD service definition files to the repository, as @lukas requested.

Also, the .gitlab-ci.yml file was changed a little bit to overcome the systemctl as root issue. It is much more secure now.
