Update front-end dependencies to fix security issues

Remco de Man requested to merge fix_42_front_end_dependency_audit into dev

This merge request updates the front-end dependencies to their newest versions where possible. The only dependency left at an old version is Bootstrap, since Bootstrap 4 will probably break most of our layout, as well as the less that we use, since Bootstrap 4 is sass only.

When merged, this will fix #42.
