"Missing" pdfs are found again

Deleted user requested to merge fix_26_missing_pdfs into dev

The PDFs were actually not missing, but they were not copied over to the target folder.

The pom.xml now copies the PDFs folder to the target folder so that it can find the PDFs. A better error message is now printed when a PDF cannot be found.

Related to #26 (closed).
