Permit reading audience data during a quiz

This MR allows the organizer to read audience data while a quiz run with that audience is running. Editing is still not possible, it is just reading the data.

This allows an organizer to read, for example, tokens during a quiz run. This would otherwise not be possible.

This fixes issue #24 (closed)
