JavaScript libraries are not loaded for participants (5)

No JavaScript is loaded for participants in Quizzard 1.1.0-preview.2. This causes participants not to be able to participate in Quizzes at all.

Tasks:

Ensure JavaScript is loaded for participants (1).
Create a front-end test that actually tests if the participant view works (4).
