Quiz Linter does not update correctly in all situations (3)

In some situations, the Quiz linter does not seem to update after changes have been made to the Quiz. However, if the Quiz Editor is hard refreshed, the correct information is shown.

This happens for example when a quiz is made and answers are batch inserted for empty questions. In that case, the Quiz Linter will still say that "there exist questions without answers", even though they are just inserted.

• Investigate what causes the Quiz Linter not to be refreshed (2)
• Ensure the Quiz Linter is refreshed upon each update of the quiz (1)
