Batch inserting statistics slides and question slides also insert in question block 0. (2)

If there exist some explanation slides before the first question, a virtual question block 0 is generated. This is not really a question block, but rather an introduction block.

If the batch tools are used to insert explanation or statistics slides, these are also generated for question block 0, even when this is not a question block. This does not make sense as showing introduction slides or explanation slides before any question has no effect.

• Investigate whether we can easily exclude the first block for the generation (0.5).
• Investigate if more batch tasks suffer from this issue and if the problem is the same (0.5).
• Create a fix that will make sure the virtual introduction block is not taken into account for these batch actions (1).
