Possibility to add slides before or after an existing slide (4)

A feature was requested to add new slides before or after an existing slide. This functionality will be entirely implemented by the front-end as a 'batch' task. It is easier to do it that way.

• Add batch task functionality that can add a slide and move it afterwards (2).
• Add buttons to add slides before and after a slide (2).
